Beginning therapy can feel uncertain, especially when you are struggling with distressing emotions, past experiences, or a sense of being stuck. I view this process as something we approach together, at a pace that feels manageable for you.
My commitment is to provide a consistent, grounded, and collaborative space where you feel heard and supported without judgment. In our work together, we focus on understanding what is contributing to your current difficulties and finding practical and meaningful ways to create change.
I approach therapy as a process of exploration and growth, where we pay attention not only to symptoms, but also to the patterns and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself, others, and your life.
As we work together, the goal is not to eliminate all discomfort immediately, but to help you develop greater emotional stability, clarity, and flexibility so that you can respond to life with more choice and resilience.
