My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, integrating EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Logotherapy when helpful.
We focus on both symptom relief and deeper patterns, helping you develop emotional regulation skills, process past experiences, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
